1. Products & Orders

  • We sell home furnishings: foot-of-bed benches and throw pillows.

  • Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices.

  • Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary due to monitor settings and natural material variations.

  • We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

 

Foot‑of‑Bed Benches (General Furniture Safety):

  • Do not exceed weight capacity (check product specs; typically 250‑350 lbs).

  • Place on level, stable surface.

  • Use as intended (seating); do not stand on benches.

  • Follow assembly instructions carefully.

Throw Pillows (Textile & Flammability Safety):

  • Keep away from open flames, candles, and heat sources.

  • If pillow is labeled "FLAMMABLE" (Class 3), keep away from all ignition sources.

  • Not intended for use by infants without supervision (suffocation risk).

  • Follow care instructions on permanent label.

4. General Certificate of Conformity (GCC)
For general‑use products (benches, adult throw pillows), we provide a General Certificate of Conformity (GCC) certifying compliance with applicable CPSC safety rules, based on testing or a reasonable testing program.

5. Children's Product Certificate (CPC)
For throw pillows intended for children 12 and under, we provide a Children's Product Certificate (CPC) based on third‑party testing at a CPSC‑accepted laboratory.

6. FTC Textile & Care Labeling Compliance
Our throw pillows comply with:

  • 16 CFR Part 303 – fiber content, country of origin, manufacturer name.

  • 16 CFR Part 423 – permanent care instructions.

7. California Proposition 65 Warning
Some products may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. When applicable, a Proposition 65 warning will be displayed on product pages and packaging.

8. Intellectual Property
All site content is our property and protected by copyright laws.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use or misuse.

10. Governing Law
Governed by laws of the state in which seller is based.
